Synopsis:
Previously renowned for his work in the comics Judge Dredd and 2000AD, Johnny now lives in an increasing state of immobility and frustration. He escapes the confines of his front room by drawing, and through the expression of his brilliant, and sometimes troubled, imagination we learn about the disease that he is forced to co-exist with.

Director's Bio:
Animal Monday is an independent company, specialising in creative mixed-media documentaries and other related commercial projects. Our past credits include 'Retrograde Ð Life without Memory' (ITV doc), 'Pakistani Ð Israeli relations' (PTV current affairs programme) and 'Time piece' (currently in competition at festivals including 'Palm Springs and Austin). We are currently in production of 'Here's Johnny', an hour long science programme with an artistic form funded by C4 Britdoc, and 'E Conquistadors' for Current TV. Animal Monday are also involved in various artistic endevours including 'Documenting the Hijras of Pakistan', 'Pakistan Earthquake photographic exhibition' and 'Loop Digital Culture Festival 2007'.
