Synopsis:
A romantic, "feel good" experimental short, "Certain Green" tells the story of an older woman's lifelong quest for the perfect color green. Following the advice of a psychic, our heroine searches from Florida to the Rocky Mountains, and along the way learns that sometimes a certain green is found where you least expect it. Director's Bio:
Theo Lipfert's films have been exhibited at numerous festivals here and abroad. His short documentary "Taubman Sucks" was shown at over 35 festivals including Ann Arbor and Mill Valley and One Reel/Bumbershoot. "Moon in the Bucket" made the rounds of the "dance for the camera" circuit. And his experimental documentary "The Displacement Map" was screened at Tribeca, Cinequest, and several other festivals. Theo teaches in the film program at Montana State University, Bozeman. |
