Synopsis:
A heartbroken creature searches the world for love only to end up in the least suspected place. Animated music video for Hey La La's song "Art of Toys". Director's Bio:
Eric Power was born in El Paso Texas in 1982.At the turn of the century Eric Power moved to Austin Texas where his film work began. After landing a job working on "Waking Life" as an animator, Eric went on to create numerous animated short cartoons over the next several years.The desire for experimentation in the medium led Eric to fine tune his skills in multiple formats of animations.In 2004 Eric Power began planning his first feature film, a documentary on the live action role playing world known as Amtgard. The film, Swordplay, was finished in August of 2005 and went on to screen at two film festivals in 2006. About the time Swordplay was finished, Eric moved on to his second feature film, Night People: seize the night. The film was finished in August of 2006, exactly one year later than his first film.After working on two feature films, Eric moved his focus towards music video production and has since created several varied and creative animated videos for a multitude of up and coming bands. Eric Power holds the position of director, animator, editor, writer, and owner of Clear Productions, a company he has been expanding since his early shorts work. |
