The first day of the 2008 SXSW Interactive Festival was Friday, March 7. Panel programming for this day included the ever popular "How to Rawk SXSW: The Basics", which included the expertise of best-selling author Tim Ferriss and Wordpress founder Matt Mullenweg. Also on the Friday panel docket was "Career Rev 342: Dabble Dabble, Toil and Kick Ass", "Edit Me! How Gamers are Adopting the Wiki Way", and the hilarious power-point-performance-art madness of "Battledecks II".

After panels concluded, SXSW registrants enjoyed the annual Mix at Six party, co-hosted by our friends at Porter-Novelli.
