Hanne Hukkelberg started singing and playing instruments at the age of 3. Throughout her youth and musical education (The Norwegian Academy of Music), she was a vocalist in various constellations, covering genres like rock, metal and free-jazz.
In 2003 she released her first EP “Cast Anchor”, followed by the album “Little Things” in 2004 (described as windswept eccentric pop meets dusty jazz..). Her latest album “Rykestrasse 68” was released in Norway/Europe 06/07 and will be released in North- America on March 4th (Nettwerk Recordings).
Hanne Hukkelberg received the Norwegian Grammy Award for “Rykestrasse 68” in 2007.
