Formed in Edinburgh, UK in 2002, Aberfeldy won over the critics with their melodically concise folk tinged 2004 debut LP “Young Forever”, followed by 2006’s poppier “Do Whatever Turns You On”. The bands appearances at SXSW ’05 and’06 attracted a good deal of industry attention, with their song “Summer’s Gone” subsequently being used in a TV commercial for diet coke. They are currently recording a third album, provisionally entitled “The Music Will Stop In Three Minutes”.
