Salvador Santana Band’s first full length album, entitled “SSB”, is an eclectic blend of several styles of world music sandwiched between strong Latin rhythms and hard-edged pop which sounds equally at home in a rock club as it does on a dance floor. Salvador co-wrote and recorded with Andy Vargas of Santana, Asdru Sierra of Ozomatli as well as with his top notch Band, who are all featured on the CD. Salvador co-produced most of the project with producer and Cypress Hill and House Of Pain collaborator, Jason Roberts. Salvador has also collaborated with producer’s Oliver Leiber (Paula Abdul, The Corrs) and DJ NU-Mark (Jurassic 5) to create two amazing tracks that are ready for Radio. These songs “make everybody want to get up and dance,” says Salvador. “It just gets the party going.”

“SSB” embodies the party band energy and good time music that the Band puts into every show. The album has something for music lovers of all ages and styles. These are the kind of songs that sink into your DNA and resonate so deeply in your soul, that you find yourself singing them in your sleep. It is that good!
