Sounding like a latter day Joni Mitchell crossed with Harriet Wheeler from the Sundays, and writing lyrics like a modern day Jane Austin, Kate has set her own stall out. Just needing a guitar as back-up, the melodic and lyrical content, and her one-to-one delivery defy easy comparison.

Kate released 'Tim's House' in the UK in March 2007 and the album went straight to No.1 on the UK iTunes Chart. Now havig licensed the album to Universal, Verve release the album in North America in Jan 08.
