The Spinto Band, from Wilmington, Delaware, presents listeners with their very own skewed approach to song-craft that brings to mind a contemporary coagulum of, Bacharach, Beatles, Berlin, and Bowie. Approaching nearly ten years of playing together as a band, they have spent the last few months crafting and recording a new album without any record label support. The new recordings, produced by Dave Trumfio and mixed by Tchad Blake are set to be released in the Summer of 2008.
