Triplewide is an Austin Texas based band formed in at the dawn of the 21st century. Their new album is called "Rage of Reason", released in January of 2008 on a new local austin lable Intreme Records. Triplewide's songs lyrically heavy, often painting dark moments in people's lives i.e. death, heartbreak, etc. Their music has been described as similar to the stylings of David Thomas (of Pere Ubu) and the rock grooves of Wire. "Rage of Reason" is Triplewide's third release and their best so far.
