Hailing from two dead-end towns on the outskirts of Birmingham UK, Beat Union – singer/guitarist Dave Warsop, drummer Luke Johnson, guitarist Dean Ashton and bassist Ade Preston – are the classic band made up of childhood friends. Dave and Dean had known each other since they were kids and continue to remain so.

The band finished their debut full-length in less than a month’s time with John Feldmann while winning the hearts of Orange County, California-based Science Records. By the end of 2007, the band had finished the recording process, inked a deal with the independent label and began gearing up for everything to come.

The quartet has toured the United Kingdom with Taking Back Sunday, Goldfinger, Bedouin Soundclash, The Wildhearts, Hit the Lights, Alexisonfire and Zox. The band is currently gearing up to support Bedouin Soundclash and Westbound Train on a U.S. tour beginning January 25th.
